Booking safely
A few simple habits make booking online smoother and safer.
- Our search compares airlines and travel agencies, and we show well-established sellers.
- Tip: prefer booking directly with the airline, or with large agencies you recognise.
- After booking, take the booking reference (PNR) from your confirmation email and check it on the airline’s own website under “Manage booking”. If the airline shows it, your ticket is confirmed.
- If you book a trip that combines separate tickets (for example a “self-transfer”), a delay on one flight can make you miss the next one. Check the fare conditions before paying.
- For changes, refunds or problems, contact the seller shown in your confirmation email.
