Acceptance of these terms

By using zeusfares.com in any way, you accept these terms in full. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

What Zeusfares is

Zeusfares, Cyprus operates zeusfares.com, an affiliate travel discovery and price-comparison site. We show indicative and cached flight prices, and links to hotels and other travel services, to help you plan a trip. We are not a travel agent, tour operator, seller or booking platform, we never take payment for travel services ourselves, and we are not a party to any booking made through a link on our site.

Prices and information

Prices, availability and "deal" percentages shown on Zeusfares are indicative estimates: they are pulled or computed periodically and can be outdated, inaccurate, or change before you book. The price you see on a partner's site at checkout is the price that applies, and may differ from what was shown on Zeusfares. We don't guarantee the accuracy of any price, availability, saving percentage or other information on the site. Always confirm final pricing, dates, baggage and fare conditions on the partner's own site before paying.

Bookings are with our partners, not us

Our flight search is a price comparison tool (search powered by Aviasales/Travelpayouts): it compares fares from airlines and travel agencies, but Aviasales does not sell you the ticket. When you book a flight, your contract is with the airline or travel agency you choose from the results — not with Aviasales and not with Zeusfares. For our other partners (Klook, Yesim, GetRentacar, Kiwitaxi, EKTA or AirHelp), your contract is with that partner directly. Any booking, payment, change, cancellation or refund is between you and whichever airline, agency or partner you booked with, under their own terms and conditions. Zeusfares is not a party to that contract.

Third-party sites

Any airline, agency or partner site you reach from a Zeusfares link has its own terms of service and privacy policy, which apply to your booking and your data once you leave our site. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site.

Travel requirements are your responsibility

You are responsible for checking visa, passport, health and other entry requirements for your destination and any transit points, with the relevant embassy, consulate or government source, well before you travel. Requirements can change and we don't verify them for you.

No liability for partner services

To the extent permitted by law, Zeusfares is not liable for the acts, omissions, pricing, availability, cancellations, delays, lost baggage, travel disruption or quality of service of any partner, or for any difference between an indicative price shown on our site and the price charged by a partner. Our site is provided "as is", without warranties of accuracy, completeness or availability, and we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Cyprus or EU law — for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Blog and other content

Articles on our blog are general travel information, may be drafted with AI assistance and are reviewed before publishing, but are not professional travel, legal, financial or medical advice. Prices mentioned in posts were accurate when written and may have changed since — always check the live price before booking. Photos are provided by Pexels and credited to their photographer where shown.

Intellectual property

The Zeusfares name, logo, and the design and text of this site (excluding third-party content such as partner logos or Pexels photos) belong to us or are used under licence. You may not copy, scrape, republish or reuse them without our permission.

Acceptable use

Please don't scrape, data-mine, or use automated tools against the site in a way that places an unreasonable load on it, attempt to bypass any security or access controls, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Affiliate disclosure

Zeusfares participates in the Travelpayouts affiliate network and works with Aviasales, Klook, GetRentacar, Kiwitaxi, Yesim, EKTA and AirHelp. If you book through a link on our site, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date at the top shows when we last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction over any dispute, without taking away any statutory consumer-protection rights you have under EU law as a resident of another EU member state. Zeusfares itself doesn't sell goods or services to consumers, so the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) is unlikely to apply to us directly — it may be relevant to a dispute with the airline, agency or partner you actually booked with.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
